How it all got started

The idea of bringing trainers and students together on the Internet was conceived by Clayton Searle, a retired Los Angeles Police Detective. Searle found that advertising in national law enforcement publications and mailing flyers was expensive, time consuming and had a poor response. Adding last minute classes or finding students to fill spots in seminars proved almost impossible. In short, there was no "one" place where first responders could find classes being offered nationwide. FirstResponderTraining.net is the solution to that problem. . |

As a national instructor for over 10 years, he has spoken to thousands of first responders throughout the United States about training and technology. A former agent with the US Border Patrol, Mr. Manson is a featured writer, national speaker, and trainer.
